- Foaming: Extruded boards are mainly made of polystyrene resin or its copolymers, with a small amount of additives added, and made by heating and extrusion. - Skinning: In the production process of extruded boards, attention should be paid to skinning. The main purpose of this process is to improve the bonding force of the entire system and release internal stress. The improvement of bonding strength is conducive to construction bonding, and can also improve the frost resistance and water resistance of the board. The release of internal stress can avoid the internal quenching phenomenon of the board in long-term application, thereby reducing the thermal insulation performance of the board and affecting the normal use of the board.
- Adding flame retardant: Extruded plastic boards should have good flame retardant performance, which is convenient for fire prevention settings at construction sites. The flame retardant adding process should be strictly implemented in accordance with regulations.
