The location of this Kaiyuan geomembrane construction is located in a blueberry planting area. The construction is not for planting water storage, but there are large ditches in this planting area that will accumulate water when it rains. The periphery of this water accumulation point is a residential area, and more or less water will seep out. Therefore, using geomembrane for anti-seepage can collect rainwater into the water tank and then discharge it uniformly.
The geomembrane used in construction is 800g composite geomembrane, white. From construction to completion, it took a total of 2 days. Since there is no drainage pipe in the water tank, there is no need for pipe wrapping treatment. For 800g geomembrane, we usually use it in sites where the bottom of the water tank does not have too many sharp objects, because relatively speaking, the thickness of this specification of geomembrane cannot support too much puncture force.
For places with a lot of gravel, or sharp objects on the site, we still recommend using 1000g composite geomembrane for anti-seepage construction, because thicker membrane material can support the damage of water pressure. This construction in Kaiyuan is more laborious than our usual construction, because there is sludge at the bottom of the water tank, and then there is muddy water. Therefore, site cleaning was carried out before construction, and then geomembrane laying was carried out.
