Tensile strength measures how much force the geomembrane can withstand before breaking.

Test Method
A dumbbell-shaped specimen is pulled at a constant speed in a universal testing machine. The maximum force and elongation at break are recorded. These values reflect the material's strength and stretchability during installation and under soil loads.
Why It Matters
Adequate tensile strength resists installation stresses and foundation movement. We provide test reports. See our product page or contact us.
