A hot wedge welder produces strong, double-track seams that can be pressure tested.

Welding Steps
- Set temperature and speed per the liner spec (typically 380-450C).
- Overlap sheets by about 10cm.
- Run the welder evenly; keep the track free of dirt.
- Leave a test channel for air pressure testing.
- Use extrusion weld for repairs and T-joints with welding rod.
