1. Extruded board exterior wall construction site preparation
① First, the base wall should meet the requirements of quality acceptance specifications, and be jointly accepted and qualified by multiple management personnel.
② The control lines of each major corner of the floor must be completed by hanging lines.
③ Scaffold holes on the wall, as well as voids and roughness generated during construction, should be removed. Places with holes should be filled with high-grade mortar, and the wall should also be repaired and leveled. Concrete debris with excessive surface protrusions should be removed.
④ The outer frames of windows on the entire surface to be constructed must be installed and accepted.
2. Extruded board exterior wall construction process flow
The process method of pasting extruded boards on exterior walls: clean the base wall, and perform hanging vertical test flatness, perform four-corner positioning and line setting on the entire wall, which is what we often call squaring. For depressed places, use cement mortar to level, then you can use rubber powder polystyrene particles to paste extruded polystyrene boards. After pasting, use insulation nails to fix them, then apply anti-crack mortar and lay mesh cloth or wire mesh.
