I. Product Overview
Geomembrane welding rod, also known as HDPE plastic welding strip, special welding rod for anti-seepage membrane, is an exclusive hot-melt welding auxiliary material for geomembrane anti-seepage engineering. It is mainly used in conjunction with HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE geomembranes, relying on hot air welders and extrusion welders to complete hot-melt welding operations. It is the core consumable for geomembrane coil splicing, corner repair, damage patching, and special-shaped node sealing.
This product is extruded from virgin polyethylene resin of the same origin as geomembrane, with zero recycled waste added. The melt index is highly matched with the geomembrane base material. After welding, the weld seam and the base material are integrated, completely solving the problems of leakage, cracking, and delamination at geomembrane lap joints, ensuring the overall tightness and structural integrity of anti-seepage engineering. It is an indispensable supporting material for landfills, chemical anti-seepage, aquaculture, and water conservancy projects.

1. Main Material
The mainstream is divided into two major categories: HDPE high-density polyethylene welding rod and LLDPE linear low-density polyethylene welding rod. Added with UV resistance additives, antioxidants, acid and alkali resistant modified fillers. Produced from pure virgin particle raw materials, no impurities, no secondary recycled materials. Hot-melt fluidity is uniform, welding without pores, no brittle fracture.
