HDPE Geomembrane Liner Installation at Industrial Reservoir Site

Project Overview

This installation site shows a large-scale HDPE geomembrane liner being laid at an industrial water reservoir. The black liner panels are unrolled and aligned across the prepared subgrade, ready for fusion welding.

Field Observations

The liner is being placed in sequential rolls with overlap margins for double-track extrusion welding. Workers are positioning the next panel while the previously welded section is being checked for alignment. The site shows the typical staging of a full-area liner installation before capping and ballasting.

Installation Notes

Proper panel orientation and overlap width are maintained throughout the roll-out. Welding crews follow behind with hot wedge welding machines. Site conditions appear dry and suitable for HDPE liner installation.
