
1. Construction of water intake filter tank. The main function of this tank is to filter coarse impurities from the tank water source to prevent pipe blockage. Its construction is not complicated. Build a small tank with bricks and mortar at the position where the water source flows. The length and width of the tank can be set to 50cm×50cm respectively, with a height of 50cm. Reserve a water inlet on the side of the tank facing the water source, and install a grid at the position where water flows into the filter tank from the water inlet to filter coarse impurities in the water. The filter tank is provided with a water inlet and also a water outlet. The position of the water outlet can be connected with pipe material. The construction method is to open a hole in the filter tank, the hole diameter must be larger than the pipe material. After opening the hole, insert the pipe material into the tank, and use mortar to seal the contact position between the tank wall and the pipe material, thereby completing the filter tank construction.
2. After the water in the filter tank is filtered, it needs to be introduced into the water storage tank, which requires the use of pipe materials. As mentioned earlier, steel pipes can be used for high water pressure, and plastic pipes for low water pressure. Here we take steel pipes as an example. There are actually two schemes for the construction and wiring of water pipes. One is to start connecting pipes from the water storage tank all the way to the water source. The second is to start connecting pipes from the water source to the water storage tank. Comparatively speaking, the second method is better because the altitude of the water storage tank is lower than the water source, so construction from bottom to top is more conducive to the fixing of pipe materials.
Same as the water source filter tank, the water inlet of the water storage tank also needs to be equipped with a filter tank, except that the grid aperture of this filter tank should be smaller than that at the water source, so that it can filter smaller impurities. Other operation steps can be constructed the same as the water source filter tank.
3. The construction of steel pipes requires the use of generators, electric welding machines, and hand grinders. When connecting, the pipe materials need to be aligned in direction. After the pipe materials are aligned, use welding equipment for preliminary fixing. If directly welded firmly, it will become very difficult to move the pipe materials later.
The fixing of pipe materials relies on concrete supports, and the construction of this support is not too complicated. You can directly build a pier with red bricks and cement, and embed a steel bar with a diameter greater than 3cm on this pier. When our pipe material passes through this position, we can weld the pipe material to this steel bar.
Through the above steps, the conclusion is that water resources have been introduced from the water source to the water storage tank, and filtered from coarse impurities to fine impurities. Next is the construction of the water storage tank.
4. Construction of water storage tanks. Usually an agricultural planting base cannot set up only one water storage tank. Here we take two water storage tanks as an example. The excavation of water storage tanks usually uses excavators. According to different terrain and landforms, excavate length and width dimensions suitable for use. The depth is usually 3-5 meters. When excavating, pay attention to the slope of the side slope, the slope ratio should be at least 2:1, so that the excavated water storage tank is relatively firm. When excavating, reserve a platform at least 50cm wide around the tank, and pre-embed the outlet pipe into the tank. The pre-embedded pipe can be an iron pipe, but there must be no joints on the pipe, otherwise it will affect the subsequent geomembrane construction. After the tank is excavated and formed, remove sharp objects and branches in the tank and then lay the anti-seepage layer. In the later construction of the water storage tank, each water storage tank's water inlet is equipped with an independent gate valve to facilitate water flow control. Two water storage tanks require two water inlets, which can be led out from the main pipe. The specific method is to drill holes on the main pipe and weld branch pipes. These steps complete the construction of a water storage tank.
5. After the construction work from the water source to the water storage tank is completed, the remaining is how to introduce water from the water storage tank into the farmland. Here, the water storage tank outlet pipe needs to be branched from one into multiple, and these outlet pipes are distributed into the farmland. Subsequent drilling and drip pipe installation work is carried out according to the actual terrain, and this entire set of irrigation system is completed.
