The installation of extruded boards needs to be operated according to the drawing requirements. Some will require the use of galvanized steel brackets, and some will require the use of expansion screws, specifically determined according to different situations.
Take construction steel brackets as an example. The first step is fixing, that is, fixing the steel brackets according to the drawing requirements. After fixing, use bonding mortar to bond with the extruded board. The thickness of the mortar needs to be greater than 10mm. When applying bonding mortar on the extruded board, point application can be carried out. Each point directly needs to be greater than 100mm, and the distance between points is controlled within 200mm. After application is completed, the extruded board can be attached to the wall.
In the construction of extruded boards, two problems are usually involved. One is that the extruded board is uneven when attached, and the other is the density of expansion screws for installing and fixing the extruded board. When the extruded board is uneven, external wall putty can be used for leveling treatment, because major adjustments have been made when pasting the extruded board, and its staggered joints will not have much discrepancy.
The expansion screws used when fixing the extruded board usually require 4 per square meter. Of course, if the design drawings have specific requirements, construction can also be carried out according to the drawings.
