We recently supplied glass wool roll felt to a steel structure factory building project in Yunnan, used for the roof and wall insulation of the plant, with a total area of about 20,000 square meters.
Because the factory building has high requirements for thermal insulation and sound insulation, we recommended glass wool roll felt with aluminum foil facing, which has good thermal insulation performance and convenient installation.
During construction, the glass wool roll felt was laid between the purlins of the roof and fixed with the pressure strip and self-tapping screws. The joints were overlapped and sealed with aluminum foil tape.
After the project was completed, the indoor temperature of the factory building was effectively controlled, and the energy consumption of air conditioning was significantly reduced. The customer confirmed that our glass wool has good quality and uniform thickness, and will continue to use it.
