We recently supplied a full set of cable trays (ladder type, trough type and accessories) to an industrial plant renovation project in Kunming, used for the cable routing of production lines, with a total length of about 3,000 meters.
Because the plant environment has high temperature and humidity, we recommended hot-dip galvanized steel cable trays, which have good anti-corrosion performance. According to the cable specifications, we configured ladder type trays for power cables and trough type trays for control cables.
During installation, our technical staff provided the installation layout and support spacing recommendations. The cable trays were connected with connectors and fixed on the supports, and the bending and tee accessories were installed at the turning points according to the site conditions.
After the cable laying was completed, the project passed the acceptance inspection. The customer praised our complete product range and accurate configuration, and we continue to provide maintenance accessories for subsequent expansion.
