PTFE board is widely used as corrosion-resistant lining, sealing material and sliding material in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Correct processing and installation are the key to ensuring the lining effect.
Step 1 - Surface treatment: clean and roughen the surface of the steel tank wall to improve the bonding and welding effect between the PTFE board and the steel wall.
Step 2 - Board cutting: cut the PTFE board into the required size according to the tank dimensions, leaving a certain margin. The board surface should be kept clean and free of scratches.
Step 3 - Welding: weld the PTFE board to the tank wall with a hot air welding gun and PTFE welding rod, and the weld seams should be continuous and smooth without bubbles or leaks.
Step 4 - Inspection: after welding, carry out an airtightness test and spark test on the weld seams to ensure the lining is complete and leak-free. Then the tank can be put into use.
