Grass grid pavers are suitable for overflow parking, employee lots and emergency access. For daily customer parking, ensure the grid design supports the traffic load class.
Sub-Base Design
Commercial installations require a minimum 200mm compacted gravel base with geogrid reinforcement under the gravel. The grid cells are filled with crushed stone topped with topsoil for grass, or fully with stone for higher-traffic zones.
Maintenance
Re-seed annually, control weeds and ensure the grid remains fully seated. Avoid plowing or snow blowing that could lift the grid cells.
