Aluminum silicate fiber board is suitable for the insulation of kilns, furnaces and high-temperature pipes with a temperature below 1000 degrees. The installation must be carried out according to the equipment structure.
Before installation, clean the surface of the equipment and check the fixing structure. The board can be fixed with ceramic nails or steel anchors, and the joints between the boards should be staggered.
For the multi-layer insulation structure, the joints of each layer should be staggered so that the heat cannot pass through the straight gaps. The compression amount of the fiber board should be controlled during installation.
At the corners and the openings, the board should be cut to fit the shape. The insulation layer should be complete and continuous to prevent heat loss at the connection.
