A commercial building project in Kunming required rubber plastic insulation for the central air conditioning chilled water pipes, with a total amount of about 15,000 meters of pipe insulation.
We supplied rubber plastic insulation board and pipe insulation products with a closed-cell structure, which effectively prevents condensation and saves energy for the air conditioning system.
The products were delivered in rolls and sheets, and the on-site construction team cut and installed them according to the pipe layout. The installation method followed our technical guidance document.
After the cold insulation was completed, the surface temperature of the pipes was tested and no condensation appeared. The insulation effect fully met the design requirement.
