A building project in Kunming needed insulation nails for the rock wool exterior wall insulation system, with a total area of about 20,000 square meters.
According to the engineering requirements, we supplied nylon insulation nails with a length of 120 mm and a disk diameter of 60 mm, and the pull-out force of every batch met the project standard.
During delivery, the nails were packed in cartons by size and model, with the quantity and label clearly marked. The full inspection report was provided together with the delivery, which was accepted by the on-site supervisor.
The installation team used 6 nails per square meter on the wall surface and added nails around windows and corners. After completion, the insulation board was firmly fixed and passed the wind-load test.
