There are usually several reasons for extruded board wall falling off:
1. The wall has not been cleaned. For the construction of extruded boards, a flat wall is conducive to the fitting of extruded boards. If the wall is in a bumpy situation, then the extruded board cannot be completely fitted. Usually, protrusions on the wall greater than 10cm high need to be removed, and depressed places need to be filled with mortar. If cleaning is not carried out during bonding mortar construction, it will leave hidden dangers for later construction. This is a place that needs attention.
2. The bonding performance of the bonding mortar for extruded boards does not meet the standard. This problem usually comes from the product itself, and can only be strictly controlled during the procurementstage. But external wall insulation construction is different from other construction projects, there are later hidden dangers. Therefore, even the supplier will have strict requirements.
3. The amount of insulation nails or fasteners used is too sparse. Under normal circumstances, insulation nails or expansion screws for fixing need 4 per square meter. But some construction sites only use two, which can easily lead to falling off.
Of course, if conditions permit, you can make a sample first, and then carry out construction according to the relevant data of the sample.
