Our company supplied 500 cubic meters of polyethylene closed-cell foam board to a refrigeration equipment manufacturer in Yunnan, used as insulation and shock-proof material for cold storage doors and equipment packaging.
The customer required the foam board to have a closed-cell structure with low water absorption, good thermal insulation and certain elasticity. We recommended the polyethylene closed-cell foam board with a density of 30-45 kg/m³, which can be cut into different sizes according to requirements.
During delivery, we provided the foam boards in the specified sizes and thickness, and the customer processed them into the required shapes with a hot wire cutter. The closed-cell structure ensures that the material will not absorb water even in a humid environment for a long time.
